We issue monthly ACH payments to your bank account, calculated at a clean and simple 20% of all earnings on the machine within the previous calendar month.

Why do people love the Mementograph so much?
To be perfectly honest: we don’t know. In an era when everyone has a high-power dozens-of-megapixels camera in their pockets, it doesn’t make an awful lot of sense why someone would get into a machine, tap their credit card, take some photos, get their prints and, in many cases, do it over and over again. Maybe it’s because we almost never use a photobooth alone. It’s with people we love, in a special moment, in a special place. And the photos that come out — well, they feel like a piece of forever.

Mementograph does not use third-party softwares — instead, we built one ourselves to best meet the needs of our business and our venues. This means we have high flexibility in modifying our software to meet venue needs. From switching from color to black-and-white, adding custom logos to the strips, to creating specialized QR codes, we can do it all, and are happy to collaborate.

Our Story.
On July 9, 2022, childhood friends Larry Sass-Ainsworth and Aswar Rahman flew into Los Angeles and met up at the legendary Cha Cha Lounge on the Eastside of the city.
After a few beers, they saw the vintage photobooth tucked away in the corner, and chose to use. This kicked off a long journey into creating vintage-inspired photobooths that have now resulted in the Mementograph.
From 2022-2025, several photobooths were placed in the Twin Cities metro, where Larry and Aswar grew up. Proceeds from these photobooths were used to help in the resettlement of Ukrainian refugees displaced by the war.
In early 2026, Aswar and Larry got together and designed the Mementograph from scratch. Featuring an all-steel body and custom built software, the first machines were made and tested in the summer of 2026.
Now, it’s all hands on deck to share these Mementographs with as many people as possible, by connecting with business owners who want their customers to make even more memories at their venues.
